Melvyn comes to us with a wealth of real estate experience under his belt, but only recently became a REALTOR®. He’s been a property manager since 1995, a real estate investor since 1994, and was also a mortgage officer for ten years prior to getting his real estate license. To top it off, he has also worked as a general contractor for new construction and renovated homes. Talk about well rounded experience!
The New Haven native sports a degree in Communications from the University of New Haven and volunteers his time in several community organizations, including the Literacy Volunteers of America, the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America and the NAACP.
Melvyn is focusing his talents on the Greater New Haven county area, and the city of New Haven in particular.
